Where Is Peter Oosterhuis On CBS Telecasts?

Several of you have emailed asking if I knew why Peter Oosterhuis, broadcasting for CBS golf coverage since 1997, has only been working Golf Channel's weekday telecasts and not CBS weekends after the first two weeks of coverage.

According to CBS spokesperson LeslieAnne Wade, Oosterhuis' role has "changed." While she would not go so far to say that his contract was not renewed or that he was a victim of budget cuts, Wade did say we will hear Oosterhuis on CBS's broadcast's of the Masters, PGA and perhaps a few other events to be determined.

Therefore, technically according to Wade he's still part of the "CBS golf team."
