Arnold Palmer Goes "Hard"

For, gulp, immediate release...

Arnold Palmer Hard is a malt beverage, produced by the Mississippi Brewing Company and distributed by Hornell Brewing Company - parent company of AriZona Beverages. It is made with AriZona brand iced tea and lemonade, and contains five percent alcohol by volume. Launching in 24 oz. cans from Rexam, this refreshing, non-carbonated beverage has 110 calories per 8 oz. serving.

Palmer first brought his beverage to the masses by partnering with AriZona Beverages to make it available in several ready-to-drink packages. The drink's popularity has resulted in the introduction of additional combinations and flavors, and now a version for the alcoholic beverage market.

"We are pleased to expand our Arnold Palmer beverage brand to include an alcoholic option," said Don Vultaggio, Chairman of Hornell Brewing Company. "Through our continued partnership with Rexam, we are bringing this product to market in our iconic 24 oz. cans, making it even easier for adult consumers to enjoy this unique beverage."

You know I don't want to be a buzzkill here, but wouldn't Arnold Palmer Spiked have worked better? Nice double meaning with golf/spikes, and no room for...well, anyway. Thoughts?
