Mid-Am Champ Halts Masters Funding At $25K

Will Gray at GolfChannel.com on U.S. Mid-Amateur champion Sammy Schmitz cutting off a GoFundMe campaign to pay for his pre-Masters winter golf at $25,000.

The original campaign aimed for $30,000. According to GoFundMe, 228 people in two days helped the Schmitz's reach their goal.
